The new energy motor test system is a complete set of test
equipment developed for the factory test and type test of new
energy motor, permanent magnet synchronous or asynchronous motor
driven by special controller installed on pure electric vehicle or
hybrid electric vehicle. The system can test the traction motor alone, or it can simulate
the whole vehicle condition with the motor controller to meet the
special test needs. The system has the advantages of high degree of automation, easy
operation, high test accuracy and energy saving. It is an ideal new
energy motor test system for electric vehicles and motor

It is mainly used in the collection and analysis of electrical
parameters, mechanical power, conversion efficiency, and other
special test parameters of motor testing, new energy electronic
control unit, charge and discharge, inverter frequency controller; Improve test efficiency and shorten research and development cycle.

Electric dynamometer:
The system uses the electric dynamometer as the loading/driving
equipment of the motor to load/drive the motor; Electric dynamometer is mainly composed of AC motor host, torque
measuring device, etc. The motor of electric dynamometer uses special AC frequency
conversion motor; The electric dynamometer is equipped with a speed and torque
measuring device, which can be used for direct torque and speed
measurement.
Function
- Test parameters: speed, torque, power, exhaust temperature, oil
temperature, oil pressure, water outlet temperature, fuel
consumption rate, etc.
- To print the test time and the above test parameters in a table
type
- Parameter display mode: liquid crystal display
- Automatic control mode: constant position, constant speed, constant
torque
- Control mode switch: Undisturbed random dynamic switching
- Engine speed characteristic test, load characteristic test,
external characteristic test
- Digital set speed, torque value, digital PID automatic control
(example: through the instrument digital set torque 2700N.m,
dynamometer in 5 seconds automatically loaded to 2700N.m)
