New energy vehicle drive motor test system is a set of test system
specially developed for new energy motor. This system is composed of operation platform, variable frequency
control feed system, signal acquisition and analysis system and
motor test platform, which can meet the national standard of new
energy motor (GB/T 18488.1-2015, GB/T 18488.2-2015, GB/T
29307-2012, etc.) test content.
Basic measurement items:
Main test contents: no-load test, load efficiency test,
locked-rotor test, motor temperature, motor temperature rise,
overload capacity test, maximum working speed, overspeed test,
motor controller protection test, etc.
