SLBC 2000m3/h Pre-definable Boost Air Conditioning
Overview
The boost air conditioning system SeeLong SLE3 conditions the boost
air temperature to a pre-definable value and keeps it within a
tight tolerance range mainly for steady state applications, or at
least those with constant demand values. The boost air from the
turbo charger is indirectly conditioned by controlling the cooling
water flow on the secondary side of the heat exchanger.
Principle
When the high-temperature compressed gas from the outlet of engine
supercharger passes through the pipeline in the intercooler of SLE3
engine boost air conditioning system, it exchanges heat with the
water flow outside the pipe to cool the high-temperature compressed
gas. By controlling the flow of cooling water, the air temperature
after intercooling is controlled to realize the temperature
regulation of high-temperature gas.
