Dynamometer Test Bench Composition Description
The overall test bench is shown in the figure above, which mainly
includes a electric dynamometer, a mounting bracket for the motor
under test, a connecting shaft, a protective cover, etc.
The electric dynamometer contains an air cooling device (fan), a
rotary encoder and a shaft temperature monitoring system. The motor
bearings are imported bearings; the speed signal is sent to the
variable frequency drive cabinet through the bus, and the torque
signal is sent to the control system using the original shielded
cable to form Closed-loop control. At the same time, the speed and
torque values are stored, displayed, and adjusted and controlled in
the computer unit.
Application
The Seelong E-Motor test beds are used for analyzing and determining electrical, mechanical, thermal and acoustic properties. Functionality, reliability and durability tests and cold start performance measurements can be implemented under realistic conditions.
